Our Process

Contact CMA via phone or online booking. We'll provide a general estimate for the suspected repair, if there is one. Otherwise, we offer general diagnostics starting at $100.

After receiving the "ballpark estimate," you can conveniently book your repair online through the ARI portal or schedule it by calling or texting CMA. We aim for a straightforward and accommodating scheduling process.

Detail the process where our CMA employee will arrive at your location, thoroughly perform a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of your vehicle's system to accurately identify any issues, and then present you with a detailed, transparent final estimate outlining the necessary repairs or maintenance, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the costs involved before any work commences.

Upon receiving customer approval, we immediately initiate the required repairs, employing our expertise and quality parts to ensure your vehicle is restored to optimal condition, guaranteeing your safe and reliable return to the road. At that time, we will collect the payment for the repair. if parts are not available same day CMA employee will "Parts deposit and/or service charge."

Will we travel out of our normal 30 min radius ?
Yes, CMA will still come to you. If you are outside of our normal service range (within 30 minutes), a mileage fee (round trip) will be applied if the estimated travel time exceeds 30 minutes one way.
Where we can go?
CMA can perform most repairs at your location. We will come to your place of business, home, hotel, or roadside location to perform your repairs. If scheduling to a home in an apartment complex or business, CMA asks that you confirm you are allowed to operate a business and perform repairs on the property. CMA does not assume responsibility for any pre-existing pavement damages.
CMA service vehicle size may vary depending on service person, larger vehicles need apx 10ft of height clearance and 7.5-8ft of width through gates and covered areas.

CMA EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS FOR NO REASON ARE TO RISK THERE PERSONAL OR VEHICLE SAFETY FOR A REPAIR, IF NEEDED REPAIR CAN BE RESCHEDULED
